Welcome to Luumpa! We know you're excited to get your hands on our gut-friendly drinks. This Shipping Policy outlines how your order is processed and shipped. Our goal is to get your Luumpa products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
The Countdown
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: High volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience!
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The Journey
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Stay in the Loop
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Luumpa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
The Gut Check on Delivery
Luumpa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@luumpa.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We do not currently offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your specified address.
